### **Overview**
We are seeking a strategic, high\-impact **Retail Marketing Manager** to lead and scale local marketing efforts across our six cannabis dispensary locations in the New Orleans metro and surrounding Louisiana areas. This is not a "behind\-the\-desk" role; you will be the primary architect of our regional presence, driving patient acquisition through deep community integration, sophisticated event strategy, and hyper\-local brand positioning.
You will serve as the essential link between corporate brand strategy and store\-level execution, ensuring every activation translates into measurable foot traffic and long\-term patient loyalty.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Regional Strategy \& Execution: Develop and own the localized marketing roadmap for six retail locations, aligning high\-level brand goals with the unique cultural nuances of the New Orleans market while collaborating with the brand and corporate marketing teams.
* High\-Impact Event Management: Design and manage the end\-to\-end strategy for major community activations, educational initiatives, and street team deployments.
* Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage high\-value relationships with local businesses, medical influencers, and community leaders to expand our referral network.
* Budget \& ROI Accountability: Oversee the regional marketing budget. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all field activities, utilizing data to pivot strategies and optimize spend.
* Market Intelligence: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Louisiana cannabis landscape. Identify OOH (Out\-of\-Home) opportunities, monitor competitor moves, and engage untapped consumer segments.
* Compliance Leadership: Ensure all field marketing and localized creative assets strictly adhere to Louisiana state cannabis regulations, acting as the final point of review for regional compliance.
