Job description

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing.
* Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients.
* Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
* Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish fluently, to engage with clients in the region.
### **Preferred qualifications:**
* Experience in international business, including developing and executing expansion plans.
* Experience building trusted\-advisor relationships with C\-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
* Experience selling to or advising customers in the app and mobile marketing landscape.
* Experience with Google Ad Solutions, video advertising, and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
* Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and deliver business success.
* Strong systems thinking and tactical thinking skills, with the ability to align strategies to deliver customer busine
