In this role, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process and effectively communicate the unique advantages of Lipscomb’s Pharmacy program, including its innovative curriculum and distinguished faculty. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary liaison for prospective students interested in the online pharmacy program, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the admissions process. * Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse and talented applicant pool. * Conduct engaging informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours to highlight the pharmacy program's unique offerings and advantages. * Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions experience. * Assist with the evaluation of applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and alignment with program goals. * Maintain detailed records of prospective student interactions in the CRM and track their progress through the admissions pipeline. * Participate in outreach activities, including college fairs, conferences, and community events, to promote the online pharmacy program. * Stay informed about trends and developments in pharmacy and health education to effectively communicate program relevance and opportunities. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a health\-related field is preferred or equivalent experience. * Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to en
