Physician Assistant

Job Overview First Care Walk\-In Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient\-focused Full\-Time Physician Assistant (PA\-C) to join our growing urgent care team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience, preferably in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, or primary care. We are looking for a provider who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) are highly preferred. Responsibilities * Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting. * Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations. * Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies. * Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans. * Perform minor procedures such as: * Laceration repair * Incision and drainage * Splinting and wound care * Foreign body removal * Prescribe medications and provide patient education regarding treatment plans and preventive care. * Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. * Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff. * Ensure high\-quality, compassionate, and efficient patient care. * Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and evidence\-based medical practices. Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. * Current Tennessee PA license in good standing. * NCCPA certification required. * DEA license and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain). * Minimum of one (1\) year of clinical experience required. * Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) preferred but not required.
