Project Manager - Construction

**Description** The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Construction Project Manager in our Kansas City Special Project Branch Job Summary: Responsible for the success of small to mid\-sized projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a project as well as collaborate with project engineering and field leadership for success. Responsibilities: * Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for small to mid\-sized projects from initiation to closeout. * Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives. * Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction. * Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue.
