This position is part of a Specialty Shared Staff team and will support a variety of specialty practices, including Urology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Allergy. Delivers holistic and individualized care to patients across multiple specialty service lines. Develops, implements, and coordinates plans of care that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships among patients, their families/support systems, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability while supporting diverse patient populations and specialty workflows. Adheres to organizational policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote quality outcomes and an optimal patient experience.**Job Description**: **EDUCATION:** Graduate of an accredited school of nursing OR RN license evidence completion of a RN program **CERTIFICATION \& LICENSURE:** RN\-Registered Nurse for the state where care is provided BLS\-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** 2 years of recent relevant experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** Demonstrated general knowledge and competence with regard to nursing theories, concepts and practices; medical terminology; anatomy; and physiology.
