We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SMCS\-Valley Administration**Position Overview:** Works with affiliate leaders and staff, providing leadership, direction and guidance on strategies and methods to maintain continuous readiness for state, federal and accreditation inspections and surveys. Provides facility assessment and education, and program development and implementation. Serves as an on\-site consultant and liaison during actual surveys, providing affiliate with meeting notes, survey trends and summary findings.**Job Description**: **EDUCATION** * *Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.* **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:** * 8 years experience progressively responsible in healthcare accreditation and licensing, integrated quality services and/or clinical patient care . * 8 years experience healthcare delivery in an acute and/or non\-acute care setting. * 8 years experience working with Centers for Medicare \& Medicaid Services (CMS), California Department of Public Health (CDPH), and the Joint Commission (TJC). * 8 years experience providing guidance and leadership for accreditation and licensure activities. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** * Working knowledge of cms, cdph, tjc and institute of medical quality (imq) accreditation standards and licensing requirements. * Working knowledge of healthcare delivery, clinical care coordination, and quality improvement/management methodologies. * Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. * Critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen attention to details. * Demonstrates a proactive approach in identifying and addressing issues and concerns. * Ability to influence others by persuasion and problem solving to achieve desired outcome. * Collaboration skills to facilitate open sharing of information and cooperation with various stakeholders. * Displays a customer service f
