: **Part\-Time Mobile Maintenance Technician****St. Louis, MO** **Position Type:** Part\-Time (10 hours per week) Monday and Friday 7am \- 12pm **Location:** St Louis, MO We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and tech\-savvy **Mobile Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This position is to perform maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and maintain excellent communication with property staff and tenants.### **Responsibilities** * Perform general maintenance and repair work at office buildings and commercial properties. * Complete daily checklists, work orders, and maintenance reports accurately and on time. * Respond promptly to phone calls, text messages, and emails throughout the workday. * Communicate professionally with property managers, supervisors, tenants, and customers. * Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance issues. * Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Assist with interior and exterior property maintenance as needed. * Participate in an emergency on\-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance requests. ### **Requirements** * Must be highly responsive and comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital work order systems. **(Required)** * Experience using hand tools and power tools, including drills, saws, and other common maintenance equipment. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Previous office building maintenance experience required. * Willingness to work outdoors when necessary. * General knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to travel between assigned properties. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in commercial property maintenance. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and emergency situations. ### **What We're Looking F
