Make a Difference.** ---------------------------------------------------------------- Levindale, a nationally recognized 330\-bed post\-acute care and specialty hospital, is seeking an experienced **Charge Nurse (RN)** to provide clinical leadership within our Household Model of Care. Our Households offer a home\-like environment where residents receive personalized, relationship\-centered long\-term care focused on dignity, independence, and quality of life. As a Charge Nurse, you will serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of safe, high\-quality resident care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support staff development, coordinate daily operations, and help foster a positive culture of teamwork and excellence. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Provide direct patient care while leading and supporting nursing staff. * Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care activities. * Serve as a clinical resource and role model for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. * Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and respond appropriately to clinical concerns. * Assist with staffing coordination and patient throughput activities. * Conduct patient rounds, chart reviews, and compliance monitoring. * Support staff education, onboarding, competency validation, and professional development. * Participate in performance management and employee coaching. *
