JOB DESCRIPTION This role is for Customer Service Representative with Outside Sales position responsible for managing inbound product inquiries, resolving customer service concerns, and executing outbound sales efforts to drive revenue growth. The candidate will handle general inquiries, provide product and service information, and deliver technical support, including fitment guidance, warranty assistance, and product recommendations. In addition, the role includes analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service processes and overall customer experience.
