Sr Project Manager

**Job Overview** CWS is a growing MEP subcontractor (C\-7, C\-10, C\-20, C\-36\) serving healthcare, education, public works, and commercial clients across San Diego. We're looking for a Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager to run mechanical and plumbing scopes from award through closeout. Responsibilities: Manage plumbing and HVAC projects from buyout through completion Coordinate with field crews, foremen, and subcontractors/vendors Track budgets, change orders, and project schedules Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings Ensure compliance with project specs, code, and safety requirements Collaborate with estimating on handoff and scope clarification Manage client/GC relationships and job site walkthroughs Requirements: 5\+ years PM experience in plumbing and/or HVAC (commercial preferred) Working knowledge of mechanical/plumbing systems, code, and submittal processes Experience with public works, healthcare, or education projects a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with project management/estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) What we offer: Competitive salary \+ benefits Growing company (targeting $10M → $25M revenue) with real advancement opportunity Direct collaboration with ownership Pay: $120,000\.00 \- $140,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
