Corporate Security Officer - Richfield

As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for directly and indirectly providing safety, security and professional customer service to all employees, vendors, and visitors at the Best Buy Richfield Campus while working a variety of security posts. You will utilize a variety of technology\-based systems to support access control, visitor management, and video surveillance. You will support fostering a strong security culture within the organization by promoting security awareness and accountability at all levels. Strong communication, problem\-solving and interpersonal skills are crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and information. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. **Shift/Hours: 12:00pm – 8:30pm CT** **What you’ll do** * Monitor and respond to incidents related to physical access control, video surveillance and security related incidents. * Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and helping educate employees and visitors on Best Buy safety and security policies and procedures. * Understand and support a variety of security posts throughout the Richfield Campus including participating in physical security checks of the interior and exterior of the facility.
