Join our Talent Network **Description** **You have a noticeable passion for results and are ready for a new challenge.** In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. **Responsibilities:** * Achieves \&/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, \& executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales * Develops \& builds professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography * Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers \& community HCPs * Leverages insights \& knowledge of therapeutic, market, \& competitor information to effectively manage business \& challenges **Requirements:** * BA/BS degree required * 1\+ years of business to business sales experience * Consistent track record of documented top\-tier sales accomplishments * Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, \& strong customer dedication * Proven track record of success in exceeding results * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
