IT Support Intern

<h3><span>IT Support Intern</span></h3><p><span>As an IT Support Intern, you will support the day-to-day IT operations at our office in Stockholm. You will assist the IT team in handling incoming requests, learning how to prioritize tasks, and contributing to improving and automating basic IT processes.</span></p><p><span>You will support both the IT team and, where needed, the global Group IT team on projects and security-related initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment with opportunities to learn across multiple systems and technologies.</span></p><p><span>You will report to the IT Manager in Hamburg and be part of the Hamburg IT team. The role is primarily onsite.</span></p><p><br></p><h2><span>YOUR MISSION</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Assist in resolving IT support incidents and service requests, including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support basic network administration tasks, such as coordinating with vendors and assisting with troubleshooting local network issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help with user lifecycle management (onboarding and offboarding of users and devices)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support asset management tasks, including maintaining inventory records and preparing equipment for new joiners</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in software and access provisioning for SaaS applications under guidance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help with equipment ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and employees</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support global IT operations in collaboration with international teams</span></p></li></ul><p><br><br></p><h2><span>YOUR BACKSTORY</span></h2><ul><li><p><span>Interest or background in IT (studies, training, or first experience in a similar <br>environment)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enrolled as a Student in (Computer Science, Information Technology / IT Management , Software Engineering )</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong teamwork and communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</span><br><br><br><a target="_blank" href="https://www.stillfront.com/en/"><strong>Stillfront</strong></a><span> </span>is a global gaming company.
