With <strong>over 800 professionals across the Nordics</strong>, we help our clients transform their businesses end-to-end.</p><p>We are now looking for an experienced <span style="color:rgb(251, 111, 119);font-weight:bold;"><strong>Integrated Risk Management Consultant – ServiceNow</strong></span> to join our <strong>Platforms business stream.</strong> You’ll play a key role in helping our customers modernise and automate governance, risk, and compliance processes – combining platform expertise, business understanding, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.<br></p><p><span style="color:rgb(250, 75, 85);font-weight:bold;"><strong>Your role</strong></span></p><p>As an <span style="color:rgb(251, 111, 119);font-weight:bold;"><strong>Integrated Risk Management Consultant</strong></span>, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with customers to design and implement modern IRM and GRC solutions that drive measurable business value.</p></li><li><p>Support organisations in transforming and automating risk and compliance-related processes using ServiceNow.</p></li><li><p>Translate business goals and regulatory requirements into scalable platform-driven solutions.</p></li><li><p>Work across the full lifecycle of platform delivery – from requirement gathering and process design to implementation and adoption.</p></li><li><p>Apply modern ways of working, including Agile, DevOps, and proof-of-concept approaches.</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring solutions are scalable, future-proof, and aligned with business goals.</p></li><li><p>Stay ahead of platform advancements, AI-enabled features, and regulatory developments to help customers maximise the value of their investments.</p></li></ul><p>Your work may include solutions and advisory within areas such as:</p><ul><li><p>Risk Management</p></li><li><p>Compliance Management</p></li><li><p>Regulatory Change Management</p></li><li><p>Business Continuity Management</p></li><li><p>Vendor Risk Management</p></li><li><p>Audit Management</p></li><li><p>Security Operations<br></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:rgb(250, 75, 85);font-weight:bold;"><strong>What you bring</strong></span></p><ul><li><p>A few years of experience working with <strong>ServiceNow</strong> and potentially other cloud-based solutions, preferably within IRM, GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance.</p><ul><li><p>ServiceNow certifications are considered a strong plus.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Strong understanding of platform architecture, configuration, and integration concepts.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into scalable platform-driven solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps models, and proof-of-concept approaches.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with AI concepts, such as:</p><ul><li><p>Generative AI and AI-driven workflows for automation and decision support.</p></li><li><p>Identifying AI use cases and integrating AI services into platforms.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools like Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or ServiceNow AI functionalities.</p></li><li><p>Passion for technology and innovation, and curiosity for how AI and automation reshape modern organisations.</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Educational background with at least a BSc. in relevant fields (IT, Management, Engineering or similar).</p></li><li><p>Please note that fluency in both <strong>Swedish</strong> and <strong>English</strong> is required.</p></li><li><p>To be considered for the position, we expect you to be legally permitted to live and work in Sweden.<br></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:rgb(250, 75, 85);font-weight:bold;"><strong>Why Sofigate</strong></span></p><p>At <span style="color:rgb(250, 75, 85);font-weight:bold;"><strong>Sofigate</strong></span>, we invest in your growth.
