**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Under the direction of the Vice President \- Operations, the Warehouse Manager (Shipping \& Receiving Lead) oversees all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility while supporting Bowtech's commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Oversee all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse activities.
* Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Lead and develop warehouse personnel while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing Dynamics D365 ERP and warehouse management processes.
