Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SW Engineer/Architect to drive planning, execution, and coordination within the CSIV organization. This role combines technical leadership with stakeholder management, ensuring efficient delivery of test automation and integration activities. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements from different teams and convert to it to Specification for Framework/Libraries Lead and coordinate team activities for test automation and framework development. Act as the primary SPOC towards stakeholders (e.g., VCC) for operational and planning discussions. Drive task planning, prioritization, and execution tracking aligned with project goals. Oversee development of automation solutions using Python, Vtest Studio and CAPL. Ensure alignment between infrastructure and testing teams for seamless delivery. Monitor and improve CI/CD workflows (Zuul, Cynosure) for integration and validation. Handle requirement ambiguities, ensuring clarity and structured execution. Promote continuous improvement culture, including process, tooling, and quality enhancements. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members. Ensure effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Experience in software architect role Solid understanding of software development, integration, and validation processes. Strong experience in test automation (Python, VtestStudio, CAPL). Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and integration of workflows.
