We are seeking a skilled and committed Mathematics teacher to join our team. Our school follows the Swedish national curriculum (Lgr22) within a bilingual setting. Teaching is primarily conducted in English, while materials and documentation are in Swedish, requiring a structured and thoughtful approach to both subject content and language development. Our students consistently achieve strong outcomes in Mathematics and are highly engaged in their learning. Many choose to extend their studies through Cambridge Mathematics (e.g. IGCSE/Lower Secondary) as an elective beyond the school day. In this role, you will work closely with the Cambridge teacher to ensure alignment, progression, and coherence between the two pathways. Digital tools are an integrated part of our teaching and assessment practices, including platforms such as Magma, supporting differentiation and student progress. About the role Teach Mathematics in Years 7–9 in alignment with Lgr22 Full-time position with a teaching load of approximately 18 hours per week Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons in a bilingual context Collaborate with colleagues, including the Cambridge Mathematics teacher Use digital tools to support assessment, feedback, and differentiation Contribute to ongoing development of teaching and learning practices We are looking for someone who: Is confident working in a bilingual and international environment Has a strong understanding of Content & Language Integrated Learning / Språk- och kunskapsutvecklande arbetssätt Is passionate about Mathematics and committed to high academic standards Has experience differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs Values collaboration and professional dialogue with colleagues Is confident using digital tools
