Unarmed Security Guard

**C\&A Protective Solutions is currently seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers to support our security operations in the Fort Worth region. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong integrity, situational awareness, and commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and visitors.** **Minimum Requirements** Active Texas Level II Non\-Commissioned Security License Minimum 2 years of security experience Must have reliable transportation Must possess and maintain a duty belt Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts Professional appearance and demeanor **Job Responsibilities** Patrol property and monitor for suspicious activity Provide a visible security presence to deter crime Respond to incidents and document activity through detailed reports Enforce property rules and regulations Communicate effectively with management, residents, and team members Notify supervisors and/or authorities when necessary **Preferred Qualities** Dependable and punctual Strong observational skills Ability to remain calm in high\-pressure situations Customer service mindset **Work Environment** **Officers will be assigned to a residential community and are expected to maintain professionalism while ensuring the safety of the premises and its occupants.** Pay: $16\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
