The role will collaborate with program leaders and other departments to enhance student success, foster retention, support certification, celebrate graduation milestones, and facilitate successful career placements. The position will promote the overall well\-being and integrity of our educational programs and our students. **What You'll Do:** Unless specified otherwise, both adjunct and full\-time Instructors will be expected to do the following: * **Deliver Centralized Curriculum**: Teach the standardized distance education curriculum according to an assigned schedule. * Adjunct Instructors are permitted to teach three or fewer classes at a time, must work fewer than 30 hours per week, and are required to schedule two synchronous office hours per week using the designated scheduling software and the provided virtual classroom tool. * Full\-time Instructors are expected to teach four or more classes at a time, work 30 or more hours per week, and are required to schedule five synchronous office hours per week using the designated scheduling software and the provided virtual classroom tool. * **Engage Students**: Facilitate discussion forums and interactive course posts to promote student interaction and engagement.
