Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including counters, equipment, and seating areas. Operate point\-of\-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately. Work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Support team members and contribute to a positive, uplifting work culture. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. **Qualifications:** Previous barista, café, or food service experience preferred but not required. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work quickly while staying calm and positive. Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15\-20 lbs.
