**Overview** We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. As a leader in the classroom, you will implement engaging curricula, support individual needs, and collaborate with families to ensure each child's success. Your passion for early childhood education and expertise in toddler care will help create a joyful and enriching experience for every child. **Duties** * Develop and implement age\-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate cognitive and social development. * Lead classroom activities focused on childhood development milestones, behavior management, and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse needs. * Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment that promotes effective classroom management and toddler care. * Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of childcare and education quality. * Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through meetings and written updates. * Conduct assessments using standardized testing where appropriate to monitor growth and inform lesson planning. * Uphold child welfare policies by ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently at all times. **Qualifications** * ***You must have completed EDU 119 or hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.*** * Proven experience in early childhood education with a focus on toddlers; preschool experience is highly valued. * Strong background in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. * Knowledge of special education principles, early in
