**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
* Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met.
* Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support carpentry, roofing, masonry, and other trades.
* Load, unload, and organize materials such as heavy equipment, scaffolding, and building supplies on\-site.
* Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks to move materials and equipment around the construction site efficiently.
* Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support framing, metal stud framing, stucco application, and renovation work.
* Support concrete pouring and pumping operations using concrete mixers and pumps for smooth finishes.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly.
* Assist with demolition, restoration projects, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and other specialty tasks as needed.
**Experience**
* Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus.
* Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans accurately.
* Hands\-on experience with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous.
