Most loads are drop and hook with occasional live load freight, helping reduce delays and improve productivity throughout the week. Weekly earnings range from $1,000\-$1,550 depending on experience and miles. A minimum pay guarantee helps provide income stability during slower freight periods. Drivers return home every week for a 34\-hour reset, creating a schedule that supports both earning potential and personal time. Equipment includes 2016 and newer International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors equipped with 10\-speed manual transmissions.
