Plumber/Service Technician

**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service, property maintenance, and equipment repair. This position involves working on various systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. **Duties** \- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems \- Interpret schematics and technical drawings \- Conduct ammonia refrigeration system maintenance \- Assist in equipment design and installation \- Handle plumbing and appliance repair tasks \- Drive company van to service locations **Experience** \- Proven experience in field service and property maintenance \- Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance procedures \- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics \- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus \- Experience in equipment design is advantageous \- Skilled in plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance tasks \- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record \-This job is a hourly and commision based job.
