Job description
**Job Overview**
We are looking for **sales representatives** to run pre\-qualified homeowner leads generated inside Home Depot stores. Our lead generators work in the stores speaking with customers about projects like gutters, garage floor coatings, and artificial turf. When a homeowner wants an estimate, the lead is submitted and assigned to a sales rep.
Your job is simple: meet with the homeowner, provide an estimate, and close the sale.
This is not a cold\-calling job and there is no door knocking. Every appointment comes from a homeowner who has already asked to be contacted.
Sales rep will cover Home Depot stores in their area as well as throughout Texas, receiving a steady flow of leads from those locations.
We have multiple products greatly expanding your earning potential. You will start with rain gutters and gutter covers.
**Compensation**
This is a commission\-based 1099 position. Based on our model and lead volume, most reps should expect to earn $100,000\+ per year. Leads come from the Home Depot Connect system. You run the leads. Reps earn commission on every closed job.
**What the Job Looks Like**
* Receive homeowner leads generated inside Home Depot stores
* Contact the homeowner and schedule the estimate
* Meet with the homeowner, measure the project, and present the product
* For out of area jobs use a roof measuring system and present the quote remotely.
* Provide a quote and close the sale
* Enter the job into the Home Depot system
