* Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth
* Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and direct inquiries efficiently
* Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and manage document proofreading to ensure clarity and precision
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
* Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
* Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
* Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable bookkeeping software is preferred
* Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient record keeping
* Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
* Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems
* Previous experience as a receptionist
