Insurance Sales Representative

**Job Summary** Join our State Farm Agency located in Kendall\-Miami or West Dade \-Miami, FL. We are seeking a qualified professionals to join our winning team for the role of Account Associate to help manage customer service and sales opportunities at the agency. Responsibilities * Full\-Time hours of work Monday\-Friday 9am\-4:30pm, **NO Weekends, No Nights** * Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Use a customer\-focused, needs\-based sales approach to educate customers about insurance and banking options. This includes hourly pay and production based Monthly Bonus Program and additional Benefits. **No caps on Bonus earned!** **Job Requirements:** * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. * Minimum required 1\+ years of recent SALES experience. * Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or banking is a strong plus but not mandatory. * Demonstrated success in customer service, outside sales, or telemarketing roles is highly desirable. * Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through strong telemarketing skills. * Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, with performance\-based bonuse
