**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).
**Experience**
* Minimum 1 year of bartending or high\-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred.
* Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required.
**Skills \& Knowledge**
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
* Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
* Understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
* Strong cash\-handling and basic math skills.
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness.
