### **Description** Join our clinical staff as an essential Aspire Allergy Medical Assistant and contribute to our mission of curing patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. You'll be administering allergy tests and injections, providing exceptional support during in\-office procedures, and assisting with front\-office administrative tasks. Help us deliver an extraordinary patient experience from start to finish! **Clinic Locations:** **Webster:** 1507D W Bay Area Blvd, Webster, TX 77598 **Uptown:** 4801 Woodway Dr \#120\-E, Houston, TX 77056 **Katy:** 23530 Kingsland Blvd, Suite 203, Katy, TX 77494 **Clinic Schedule \& Hours:** Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6:50am\-5:00pm (Webster) Wednesday 6:50am\-5:00p (Katy) Friday 7:50am\-12:00pm (Rotate once a month) A short video of a day in the life of our Medical Assistants here. ### **What You'll Be Doing** *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.** Escorting patient to exam room; obtaining vitals, past/present medical history, and current medication list * Effectively communicating allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients * Administering subcutaneous, intradermal and intramuscular injections * Conducting thorough and accurate spirometry testing to assess and evaluate lung function in patients * Performing all testing and treatment in accordance with Aspire Allergy’s protocols and safety measures * Navigating EHR system to record accurate patient health information * Serving patients \& visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately * Answering all incoming phone calls and providing accurate information * Tracking clinical inventory and resupply when needed * Ensuring all of end of day reports and logs are accurate and complete * Following all HIPAA rules and regulations including confidentiality of patient information * Adhering to Aspire Allergy’s protocols and
