**Job Summary** Chicagoland Theraplay is a growing pediatric occupational therapy practice providing home\-based, school\-based, and daycare\-based OT services to children and families throughout the Chicagoland area. Our approach is play\-based, functional, relationship\-centered, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on supporting children within their natural environments. We value flexibility, realistic caseloads, creativity, and meaningful relationships with families and school teams. We are looking for compassionate and motivated clinicians who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive small\-practice environment. **Position Overview** We are currently seeking either: * a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L), or * a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy movement\-based and play\-based therapy, value autonomy and flexibility, and are passionate about helping children participate more successfully in everyday routines at home, school, and within the community. Services are primarily provided in: * homes * schools * daycares * community\-based settings **Responsibilities** **OTR/L Responsibilities** * Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions in homes, schools, and/or daycare settings * Develop individualized treatment plans and goals * fine motor skills * visual motor integration * sensory processing * regulation * executive functioning * motor planning and coordination * participation in daily routines and school activities * Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related providers * Complete timely documentation using EMR system **COTA Responsibilities** * Provide pediatric OT treatment sessions under OT supervision * Implement treatment plans developed by supervising OTR/L * Support children in improving regulation, fine motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and participation in daily activities * C
