**DTLA Printer – Los Angeles County**

**About the Job**
We’re expanding fast and looking for **3 motivated Field Sales Reps** to join our team.
You’ll be visiting small businesses in pre\-mapped routes (strip malls, local shops, plazas) and offering:
* Window graphics
* Banners
* Custom neon LED signs
* Business signage
* Channel letter signs
* Apparel prints (DTF/DTG)
Businesses order these products **every single week**, which makes this a HIGH\-DEMAND, HIGH\-VOLUME sales role.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Visit 40–60 local businesses per day (pre\-built route – NO cold calling)
* Show product samples \+ short pitch (we train you)
* Create quotes on the spot
* Close small daily orders \+ build relationships
* Earn BIG when you land window graphics, neon signs, or channel letters
No experience? No problem. We will train you step\-by\-step.
**Pay**
**$800–$1,800 per week** (WHAT OUR CURRENT REPS EARN)
* Base \+ commission **OR** commission\-only (your choice)
* Daily bonuses for hitting targets
* Weekly bonus for top closers
* Monthly performance bonus
* Paid every Friday
* Gas stipend available
Top reps consistently earn **$1,500–$2,200/week** with commissions \+ bonuses.
