**Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Geriatric Behavioral Health**

Brigade Health is seeking a **Board\-Certified or Board\-Eligible Psychiatrist** to serve as a consultative behavioral health physician supporting older adults in assisted living and senior care settings. This unique role focuses on collaboration, education, and improving behavioral health outcomes without the burden of a traditional high\-volume patient panel.
### **What You'll Do**
* Provide psychiatric consultation to NP and PA providers on complex behavioral health cases.
* Offer guidance on psychotropic medications, dementia\-related behaviors, and care escalation.
* Lead biweekly case conferences and educational sessions.
* Collaborate with assisted living communities and interdisciplinary teams.
* Participate in future program development and clinical leadership opportunities.
### **Qualifications**
* MD or DO with completion of Psychiatry residency.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
* Active, unrestricted medical license.
* Experience with geriatric psychiatry, dementia, or senior populations preferred.
* Strong communication and collaborative skills.
