Job description
A major Federally Qualified Health Center FQHC with multi\-specialty outpatient community clinics across Los Angeles County is seeking dedicated, mission\-oriented Family Medicine Physicians for permanent full\-time opportunities.

Schedule:
Full\-time permanent position
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Outpatient primary care setting
No night or weekend call
Position Summary:
The Family Medicine Physician will provide high\-quality outpatient primary care services as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across a broad range of primary care needs while supporting the organization’s mission to deliver compassionate, accessible, and culturally competent healthcare.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a community clinic or FQHC\-style outpatient environment and will demonstrate strong commitment to serving underserved and uninsured patient populations. Candidates with prior experience in an FQHC, community health center, safety\-net clinic, public health clinic, or high\-volume outpatient primary care setting will be strongly prioritized.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients in a community clinic setting.
Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, follow\-ups, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
