**Work You'll Do**
As a Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the functional design for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation by translating Federal client requirements into aligned Core Human Resources (HR) business processes and configuration inputs
* Supporting the Workday Core HR workstream through pre\-implementation readiness and planning activities, including deliverables and milestone tracking
* Assisting with pre\-implementation discovery and readiness efforts, including current\-state assessments, future\-state process design, requirements validation, and tracking functional risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
* Providing Workday functional support by demonstrating Workday capabilities, advising on leading practices and trade\-offs, and helping inform client decision\-making
* Developing and maintaining pre\-implementation work products, including process maps, requirements and design documentation, configuration workbooks, and inputs for data, security, testing, and cutover readiness
* Collaborating with technical and adjacent functional leads to support end\-to\-end alignment across security, reporting, integrations, and data conversion impacts to Core HR
