**Business Analyst (Contract)**

**Duration: 1 year**
We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the enhancement and expansion of our ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform. This role will focus on gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes that improve the employee experience and drive digital self\-service adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to gather and document business requirements
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand current pain points and desired outcomes
* Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
* Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure solution alignment
* Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions within Employee Center Pro
* Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring requirements are met and tested
* Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and decisions
**Required Skills \& Experience**
* 3\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Emp
