JOB SUMMARY Infusion clinical staff pharmacist \- IV certification required. Central pharmacy operation, technician supervision, IV admixture of both hazardous and non\-hazardous medication oversight. Responsible for covering the weekend and the operational needs of all infusion pharmacies. Oncology or infusion pharmacy experience preferred. PRN 0\.49FTE Reviews/updates medication profiles (therapies, allergies, height, weight, etc.) and is cognizant of patient charges. Reviews medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, duplications, interactions, overall effectiveness and safety. Documents interventions (i.e., ADR). a) Directly caring for patients; b) Directly caring for human\-subjects research participants; c) maintaining, modifying, releasing patient records d) Regularly maintaining, modifying, releasing or similarly affecting human\-subjects research records.
