The pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication use through order verification, compounding support, and clinical collaboration. This role requires strong inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, attention to patient safety, and the ability to work evening and overnight shifts. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness * Prepare, compound, and dispense medications per hospital protocols * Provide clinical pharmacy support and drug information to providers * Monitor medication therapy and recommend interventions * Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and records * Participate in sterile compounding and IV preparation * Operate pharmacy dispensing systems and EMR platforms * Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital standards * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) * Active New York State Pharmacist License (NYSED) * Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience * Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and medication safety * Ability to work evening, night, and rotating shifts **Preferred Experience** ------------------------ * Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience * Sterile compounding and IV room experience * Experien
