**Job Title:** Pharmacist – Inpatient Hospital (Recent Hospital Experience Required) **Location:** New York City, NY **Duration:** 14 Weeks **Schedule:** 5 Days/Week \| 37\.5 Hours/Week **Shift:** Rotating (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM \& 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM) **Pay Rate:** $3,200 – $4,400/week (based on experience) **Job Summary** "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced **Inpatient Pharmacist** to support a high\-volume acute care hospital system. The role focuses on safe medication dispensing, sterile compounding, IV room operations, and clinical pharmacy support in a fast\-paced inpatient environment. This position requires **recent hospital pharmacy experience** and strong knowledge of inpatient workflows, medication safety, and EMR systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Review, verify, and process inpatient medication orders * Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing per hospital protocols * Perform IV preparation and sterile compounding * Operate pharmacy dispensing systems and EMR platforms * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams * Monitor drug interactions, dosing accuracy, and patient safety * Maintain compliance with NYSED regulations and hospital policies * Manage controlled substances and pharmacy inventory * Provide clinical pharmacy support in acute care setting **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) * Active New York State Pharmacist License (NYSED) * Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience * Recent hospital inpatient pharmacy experience required * Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations **Preferred Skills** * IV room and sterile compounding experience * Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems * Hospital EMR experience * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work rotating day/night shifts *For more details contact at**hdavda@navitashealth.com**or Call / Text at* ***516\-862\-1169\.*** **About Navitas Healthcare, LLC:
