ob Summary We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications to patients and providing expertise in the safe use of prescriptions. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in patient care by ensuring medications are used safely and effectively. Responsibilities \- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely to patients \- Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage and potential side effects \- Conduct patient assessments to ensure appropriate medication therapy \- Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans \- Manage inventory levels to ensure medications are readily available \- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in daily tasks \- Implement aseptic techniques in compounding medications Qualifications \- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program \- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice \- Strong knowledge of pain management, critical care, and acute care settings \- Experience with utilization review, ICU, and inventory management is preferred \- Proficiency in patient assessment and medication therapy management \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
