**As a qualifying FQHC in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA), our site is eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program. Physicians who qualify can receive up to $100,000 in tax\-free student loan repayment over two years. For most physicians, this adds $25,000–$70,000 in real annual take\-home value — something no private practice or hospital system can match.**

**\- Base salary: $240,000–$260,000 depending on experience**

**About the Role**
*Outpatient only · Monday–Friday · No call · No hospital privileges · No L\&D*
**Primary Care \& Preventive Health**
* Annual well\-woman exams including comprehensive physical assessments
* Age\-appropriate preventive screenings (mammography, bone density, colorectal, cardiovascular)
* Chronic disease management with a women's health lens — thyroid disorders, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular disease
* Adolescent and young adult gynecologic and primary care
**Reproductive \& Sexual Health**
* Contraception counseling and management including IUD and implant insertion
* Prenatal confirmation and first\-trimester support with warm referral to OB
