Looking for one full or part time line cook. Shift starts at 3:00 pm and the restaurant stops seating tables at 9:00 pm
Responsibilities
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized station and contribute to the cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant in general.
Mostly from scratch menu, so candidate is expected to prep small to medium sized projects prior to open, as well as down time when slow.
Prep items on their station as well as assisting their teammates/coworkers in preparation for service.
Help rotate and stock already prepared prep for station efficiently and safely (I.e. First In First out, attention to dates and quality visually and tasting.)
Efficiently labeling all prep in a cohesive and legible manner.
Writing station prep list for the next day, updating prep board with larger prep items.
Qualifications
Preferably some pantry, prep, fryer, or garde manger experience.
From scratch kitchen so attention to detail, knife skills, and time management are important.
Any skill level welcome to apply, willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.

Pay: $16\.00 \- $17\.00 per hour
