We are an independent, PCAB\-accredited compounding and wellness pharmacy that expanded into a brand\-new facility in 2020 — and we’re growing in the areas that matter most: compounding, functional health, and patient relationships. We’re hiring a pharmacist who wants to lead something, not just staff it. A pharmacist who wants to play an active role in patient care and help shape the future of independent pharmacy. **What this role actually is:** This is a pharmacist position with real ownership over how we operate and grow. You will help lead our team, oversee compounding operations, build provider relationships, and have direct input on how we expand. If you want to be a decision\-maker instead of a task\-completer, this is the role. Patients are and always will be at the forefront of everything we do. **You're a fit if you:** * Have 4\+ years of retail pharmacy experience, independent setting preferred * Have led or mentored a pharmacy team * Have compounding experience, or a genuine interest in building that skillset * Think about patient relationships and business growth as part of your job, not separate from it * Have interest in functional medicine and wellness — we have health coaches on staff and patients who expect that level of engagement * Are comfortable with technology (we use PioneerRx) **Full\-time.
