Role Overview
Superior Fence \& Rail of Richmond is a multi\-unit franchise looking for a results\-driven *Sales Manager* to lead our growing sales team. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commissions on self\-generated sales and overrides on team sales. With an OTE **$165,000**, this position is ideal for a proven leader with experience in the home services industry who can drive team success and foster a culture of growth and high performance.
Mission of the Role:
The Sales Manager will drive the performance and growth of the sales organization in pursuit of being the \#1 Fence Contractor of Choice for homeowners and the \#1 Employer of Choice for employees. You will work alongside the leadership team to accomplish business goals while setting and maintaining a culture committed to excellence, hard work, growth, world class customer service, professionalism, and fun. Ultimately, your expertise will empower our sales teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue through in\-person fence sales
* Reinforce sales best practices and playbook
* Track and monitor key sales KPIs to identify areas of success and improvement
* Lead weekly sales meetings
* Conduct daily ride\-alongs with fencing sales consultants to provide coaching and drive sales
* Set sales goals in support of business growth goals
* Motivate, train, and coach sales consultants to achieve their potential
* Lead performance management through technology tools
* Drive change management, as needed, to accomplish business growth goals
* Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales consultants
* Create and maintain a culture committed to growth, taking care of homeowners, excellence, professionalism, and fun
Basic Qualifications:
* Must have In\-home sales experience
* Consultative sales approach in a B2C soft one call close environment
* Demonstrated experience using data and KPIs to improve process, manage change and create adoption strategies in sal
