**Here is the truth:** We do NOT want traditional "car salespeople." We don't want high\-pressure tactics or old\-school dealership bad habits. Our most successful team members have backgrounds in restaurants, hospitality, retail, and cell phone sales. Why? Because they know how to build rapport, they know how to hustle, and they genuinely care about customer service. If you have those traits, we will teach you everything you need to know about the car business!
**The Role: Changing Lives, One Car at a Time** Selling a car at 321 Drive isn't about tricking someone into a sale; it’s about consulting with them, understanding their budget, and guiding them through our approval process. **This role is purely focused on sales and the customer experience** (you will not be processing payments or doing collections). Your day\-to\-day will involve:
* **Consulting, Not Pitching:** Greeting customers, building instant trust, and helping them find a vehicle that actually fits their life and their wallet.
* **The Approval Process:** Helping customers gather their paperwork (paystubs, utility bills, etc.) and walking them through our transparent financing process.
* **Lead Follow\-Up:** Hustling on the phones, sending text messages, and replying to emails to bring interested customers into the dealership.
* **Team Player \& Lot Pride:** We take pride in our dealerships. When you aren't actively with a customer, you will be helping to move cars, keeping the lot inventory looking sharp, and making sure the office is presentable for the next guest.
