Job description
**Job Summary**
This role is perfect for someone with good experience in customer service and an interest in developing social media and digital marketing skills. There are opportunities for commission.
We are seeking a friendly and diligent Front Desk Receptionist to join our new community and private sauna space in East Nashville . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service, high standards of cleanliness and light administrative duties. This role requires strong inter\-personal skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
We would also like this person to help us create social media content. Professional experience in this area is not necessary but the candidate must be able to showcase a proficiency for content creation and social media strategy.
**Responsibilities**
* Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage an online booking system.
* Ensure the facility remains clean to a high\-standard throughout the day.
* To assist in sales of memberships and to have a good knowledge of the products.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
* Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to improve and build the business.
* Create (with guidance and support) 1\-3 social media assets a week to contribute to the online presence of the business.
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
* Strong content creation skills and social media/trend awareness.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
* Experience in customer service or support roles is essential.
* Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple prioriti
