This individual will play a key role in delivering high\-touch guest experiences and driving membership sales across their first three Cleveland\-area studios. **About Health \+ Recovery 88, Inc.** Health \+ Recovery 88 is leading the charge to bring 10 new SWTHZ studios to Northeast Ohio. With 31 open locations and more than 300 licenses sold, SWTHZ is the fastest\-growing recovery franchise in the world, bringing contrast therapy into the mainstream through sleek, high\-tech studio environments. **Job Summary** The Part\-Time **Sales Associate** delivers an outstanding and well\-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members through a compelling approach of offering studio memberships, retail products, and services. The Sales associate builds relationships and translates the mission of SWTHZ through its product and service offerings. They will have a strong focus on behaviors that drive member acquisition and retention. **Job Responsibilities** **Guest Experience and New Membership Enrollment** * Executes the relationship\-based sales model with each introduction, passionately explaining how SWTHZ services will meet their needs and goals. * Tours potential members through the studio, highlighting the facilities, services, and amenities that directly address the intro’s individual needs and goals. * Communicates membership options clearly and concisely. * Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol. * Onboa
