The ideal candidate understands how to anticipate needs, take initiative, solve problems, and adapt to a fast\-paced environment. Because I remain actively involved in business meetings, presentations, networking events, advocacy work, and community activities, professionalism, presentation, and reliability are essential. **About Me** I am a C3\-C6 quadriplegic who lives a full and active life. My schedule often includes business meetings, appointments, professional events, advocacy work, social activities, and community involvement. I need a dependable team member who can help me stay organized, productive, and presentable while supporting my daily care needs. **Preferred** **Experience** Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience working with: * Quadriplegic individuals * Paraplegic individuals * Total\-assist clients * Individuals with spinal cord injuries * Clients with significant mobility limitations Experience with the following is highly preferred: * Hoyer lift transfers * Manual transfers * Personal care and hygiene assistance * Catheter care and management * Bed positioning and pressure relief * Range of motion exercises * Feeding assistance * Wheelchair assistance * Hair styling and grooming * Basic makeup application * Assisting clients with professional appearance and presentation * Juggling multiple tasks and requests at once **Responsibilities** Personal Care * Assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
