Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a part\-time Maintenance Associate who is reliable, hands\-on, and takes pride in maintaining and improving our facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem\-solving, working independently, and working in an active, non\-desk environment. What You’ll Do: * Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. * Take ownership of the property’s appearance and grounds, including but not limited to landscaping, cleaning, trash removal, restrooms, units, and common areas. * Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor roofing repairs. * Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists accurately and on schedule. * Complete routine maintenance and upkeep of company truck. * Identify maintenance issues early and use effective problem\-solving skills to complete repairs efficiently and safely. * Conduct regular property walk throughs and work independently, adapting to new tools and technology. * Communicate effectively with Property Manager and other teammates to keep all parties informed of status, needs, or delays. * Foster a respectful, supportive, and cooperativ
