* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
* Manage ingredient inventory, monitor freshness, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high\-quality products.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining a lively, positive work environment.
* Educate team members on sushi techniques, presentation styles, and culinary best practices to foster continuous learning.
* Engage with guests when appropriate, sharing knowledge about sushi ingredients and preparation methods to enhance their dining experience.
**Experience**
* Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role specializing in Japanese cuisine.
* Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, knife skills, and ingredient handling.
* Experience in developing new menu items through creative recipe development and culinary innovation.
* Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and inventory management within a fast\-paced kitchen setting.
